This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of SÜRPO Digital Sustainable Tourism Management System software between the SELLER and the BUYER via the internet.
The subject of this agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the Software, Program or Service, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on the Implementation of Distance Contracts.

The BUYER is the person who places an order through the www.surpo.net website. The information used by the customer during registration on www.surpo.net will be included in this agreement, and this agreement text approved electronically upon entry to the site will be deemed approved.
This agreement covers the trade of the www.surpo.net 'DIGITAL SUSTAINABLE TOURISM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM' program and software between the Company (SELLER) and the Customer (BUYER) via the internet, and both parties are deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
The SÜRPO SOFTWARE AND PROGRAM subject to the agreement is deemed to have been delivered to the BUYER through the registration and verification emails sent for registration. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the SÜRPO SOFTWARE in sound, complete, and compliant condition.
SÜRPO SOFTWARE is sold for monthly use by the BUYER. SÜRPO issues monthly/periodic invoices to the BUYER. The invoice will be prepared as a monthly usage fee and payment must be made by the BUYER by the last day of the month.
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 7 days of delivery without entering any information or using the SÜRPO software program. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to the SELLER via email within this period and the product must not have been used.
The copyrights of the software and documentation are protected under the Intellectual and Artistic Works Law No. 5846. Consumer Arbitration Boards announced by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology and Consumer Courts at the residence of the SELLER or BUYER are authorized in the implementation of this agreement.
